Booking a call creates no paid engagement or subscription. Before the $1,000 look-back or other paid work begins, we sign an agreement covering the scope, fees, timing, and data-handling arrangements. We agree authorized sources before accessing customer data. Future work requires separate agreement. The look-back does not enroll you in ongoing services.
Signed agreements govern the services they cover. Application access remains subject to its applicable agreement or Service Terms. These website terms do not replace existing customer agreements.
If you decide the $1,000 look-back did not provide a useful insight, email spencer@asqend.com for a full $1,000 refund. A contract may add to this guarantee but cannot reduce or condition it. The guarantee applies even without a signed agreement. You keep the report and prioritized recommendations whether or not you continue.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or use it unlawfully. Authorized integrations and exports remain permitted under their applicable agreements.
We or our licensors own the website’s original content and branding. You may link to it and share reasonable excerpts with attribution, subject to law. Customer data and commissioned work are governed by their applicable agreements.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Examples do not guarantee particular results, and general content is not regulated professional advice. External services have their own terms. None of this limits our refund guarantee, privacy obligations, signed commitments, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Colorado law applies except where applicable law requires otherwise. These website terms impose no arbitration requirement or class-action waiver. Updates do not retroactively change existing agreements or rights; applicable notice and consent requirements remain in place.
