This website is operated by SD Consulting LLC, doing business as Asqend. These Website Terms cover the public website. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Booking a call or visiting this website creates no paid engagement or subscription. App use and the look-back are governed by the Service Terms accepted through onboarding or another applicable agreement. We agree authorized sources before accessing customer data. Fees and engagement-specific scope, timing, deliverables and payment terms may be agreed separately in writing, including electronically, before chargeable work begins. A look-back does not enroll you in paid ongoing services.
Separate agreements govern the services and subjects they cover. These Website Terms do not replace existing customer agreements, privacy commitments or accrued rights.
Prices, scope and any refund guarantee are those expressly offered and agreed for the relevant engagement. These Website Terms do not create a standard package or price and do not reduce, withdraw or add conditions to a guarantee already applicable to you, including one offered without a separately signed agreement. Contact spencer@asqend.com to request a refund under an applicable guarantee.
Where a look-back is offered with our useful-insight money-back guarantee, you decide whether the readout was useful. If it was not, you may request a full refund of the amount paid. You keep the report and prioritized recommendations whether or not you continue. A later agreement may add to that guarantee but cannot reduce or condition it, and no separately signed agreement is required to claim it.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or use it unlawfully. Authorized integrations and exports remain permitted under their applicable agreements.
We or our licensors own the website's original content and branding. You may link to it and share reasonable excerpts with attribution, subject to law. Customer data and commissioned work are governed by their applicable agreements.
The website is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. Examples do not guarantee particular results, and general content is not regulated professional advice. External services have their own terms. None of this limits an applicable refund guarantee, privacy obligation, signed commitment, or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Colorado law applies except where applicable law requires otherwise. These Website Terms impose no arbitration requirement or class-action waiver. Updates do not retroactively change existing agreements or rights; applicable notice and consent requirements remain in place.
